Solbia.com needs your personal data to proceed with the ordering of the products, conclude a delivery contract with you and execute the contract.

    From your Solbia.com user profile, you can directly modify your personal data. You can also manage your consent for receiving newsletters.

  • Right to portability:

    You have the right to request transfer of your personal information in an electronic and structured form to you or to another party. This enables you to take your data from us in an electronically useable format and to be able to transfer your data to another party.

  • Right to erasure:

    You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Solbia.com at any time except in situations provided by law.

    You can delete personal data linked to your customer account, by clicking on the button Delete my account.

  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest:

    You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on Solbia.com's legitimate interest. Solbia.com will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims or public interest.

  • Right to object to automated processing:

    You have the right to oppose automated processing, including profiling for marketing purposes.
