Prescribed for 3,000 years by traditional Ayurveda medicine, Ashwagandha brings both sexual vigor and cognitive appeasement.

Called "Indian Ginseng" in reference to its tonic action and Withania somnifera for its relaxing virtues, Ashwagandha is an effective plant to treat sexual and sleep disorders.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen: it regulates the body and strengthens its ability to adapt to stress, mental and physical. In addition to strengthening the immune system and fighting depression, its calming properties promote restful sleep. Studies have shown that ashwagandha stabilizes mood through the reduction in brain markers of anxiety (tribulin levels). Thanks to its content of withanolides, ashwagandha contributes to prevent sleep disorders, such as dyssomnias (which alter the quantity, frequency and quality of sleep) and parasomnias (perceptions and abnormal dreams, agitated nights).

Ashwagandha is also effective in enhancing sexual function. Its antioxidant activity promotes its aphrodisiac properties. Libido is stimulated in both men and women.

Our ashwagandha

Our Ashwagandha extract is standardized to 5% in withanolides, a high titration that guarantees the effectiveness of this active compound.

For one capsule: 120 mg dry extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) titrated in 5% withanolides (40 mg), magnesium stearate, vegetable-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

This product does not contain allergens nor genetically modified organisms (in accordance with Directive 2003/89/EC).

1 capsules per day to take with half a glass of water at mealtime.
